- Track. You get a tracking number; parcels arrive in 6–12 days.

Delivery and duties
Parcels leave for the whole of Europe, the United States and Canada, every Latin American country, and other developed destinations including Australia and Israel. Each one is tracked and lands 6–12 days after your confirmation. Duties and taxes are set by your own country: since 1 July 2026 the EU adds a flat €3 per tariff category to parcels up to €150, plus VAT; the UK charges VAT at checkout on parcels up to £135; and the US has no duty-free allowance for small parcels any more. For that reason we quote one closed total before you pay — no surprises at the door.

Sizes without guesswork
Most returns in this business come from sizes, so we ask for measurements rather than letters. For sneakers, stand on a sheet of paper, mark heel and longest toe and measure in centimetres. For tops, lay a garment you like flat and measure armpit to armpit and collar to hem. For belts, send your trouser waist or measure an old belt from the buckle to the hole you use. For rings and bracelets, an inner diameter or a wrist measurement is enough. With those numbers we pick the size, and if the factory cut is unusual we tell you before you pay.
If something goes wrong
A wrong size, a damaged parcel or a lost one — we send it again. Keep the parcel and packaging until we've sorted it out, and send us photos in the same chat.
